The hotel fell short of expectations with its rooms that were not as described online and in poor condition, but the helpful service tried to make up for it. The location was convenient for travelers continuing their journey, and the dining options left something to be desired. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory overall.

The hotel had some positives like a much better room, but there was a musty odor in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing as the place didn't feel clean, had poor lighting, and the room wasn't made up, leading to a room change. Overall, it wasn't a good experience.
